MZero Sea Amaro

A coastal amaro from Calabria

Born on the Riviera dei Cedri and built around Cedro Liscio Diamante, MZero Sea Amaro is a contemporary expression
of Italian bitterness.

Born in Calabria.
Shaped by the sea.

MZero begins on the Riviera dei Cedri, a narrow stretch of coastal Calabria where where sea air, mountain terrain, and citron cultivation define the landscape. Structured enough to sip. Bright enough to lengthen with soda. Precise enough for modern cocktail service.

Zero Distance from the Source.

The name comes from Mile Zero. It speaks to the idea of staying close to the source: close to place, close to ingredients, close to the process that gives the liquid its character.

Ingredient Architecture

The structure is built through five key elements:

Diamante Citron

Calabria’s prized citron gives MZero its citrus identity, regional clarity, and unmistakable lift.

Bitter Orange

Forms the bitter citrus backbone and adds brightness.

Mirto

Brings aromatic depth, Mediterranean darkness, and herbal complexity.

Licorice

Extends the mid-palate with root character, texture, and persistence.

Salt

Adds a restrained saline note, sharpening the finish without overtaking the liquid.

How to enjoy

MZero Sea Amaro moves naturally from sipping to service: from a chilled pour to soda and contemporary cocktails.

Design

Dark glass, apothecary references, and a handmade recycled leather collar designed to stay beyond the bottle.

Awards

More than 30 international awards since launch, including World’s Best Bitters, World’s Best Digestive, and recognition for design and presentation.
